This property features two bedroom apartments with a living room, eat-in kitchen and a full bathroom. Occupancy is restricted to no more than two (2) occupants.

Kitchen amenities include a 30" electric range and full-size refrigerator. A coin-operated washer/dryer is located in the basement of this property.On request, basic dormitory style furnishings will be provided: one twin bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair and bureau.

Services such as cable TV, telephone, internet service, and wiring for them are not included in the cost of the living unit. These services can be contracted through local providers.
