Studio Apartments:

Include one common room with galley style kitchenette that includes a built-in microwave, two burner electric stove top and small under-the-counter refrigerator.  The private bathroom has a shower unit.  Occupancy is restricted to one (1) person per unit.  Utilities such as heat, hot water and electricity are included in the monthly rental rate.  Occupants must contract for private provider services such as telephone, cable TV and Internet.  A coin operated washer/dryer is located on the 1st floor of this property.  

On request, basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided:  twin bed (mattress and frame), desk, desk chair and bureau.
