With warmth, erudition and a very contemporary sensibility, Prof. Vanessa Ochs (P’06), director of Jewish Studies at the University of Virginia, offers reflections on the lessons and rituals from the women of the Bible, connecting contemporary women with their sacred stories. Prof. Ochs uses her own research with unobtrusive grace to shed light on gaps in the biblical stories. She is the author of The Jewish Dream Book: The Key to opening the Inner Meaning of Your Dreams with her daughter Elizabeth Ochs.
