Instructions

This form is a request only. Reservations are not finalized until confirmed. OCRL reserves the right to provide notice of a reservation change.

Recognized student groups or departments may request space using this on-line submission form.

Submission of this form means you have agreed to the following rules.

1. Any furniture that has been moved must be put back according to the diagram on the back of the door.

2. All trash must be removed and placed in the trash or appropriate recycle bins on either end of the hallway.

3. Please leave the room presentable for the next group.
