Disability Support Services

Brown University offers a range of services and accommodations to assist students with disabilities. Upon enrollment in a course, students seeking assistance should submit a Disability Support Services (DSS) Registration Form to begin the registration process. Along with this form, students will need to submit complete documentation. Please reference the DSS guidelines for documenting a disability.

When we receive a completed form, a representative of the DSS Office will contact the student. We recommend that students contact the DSS Office well in advance of their arrival on campus to allow sufficient time for accommodations to be arranged.

Brown also has two accessibility maps that describe routes of travel, accessible parking and the general accessibility level of all campus buildings.
