2011-12 MAPS Timeline

September 12th (First day of classes is September 7th) - Applications posted
September 26th - Applications due
October 3rd-11th (October 10th is a Fall Weekend Holiday) - Junior/Senior Mentors Interviewed
October 13th- 16th - Decisions made
October 16th- 18th - Decisions are sent out
October 24th - Mentor/Mentee RSVPs due
October 29th - Inaugural Brunch (Saturday)
December 8th (First day of reading period) - Holiday Celebration
February 1st (Classes resume January 25th) - Midyear Welcome Back Party
April 11th or 18th - Closing Event

*We plan to have 1 panel before Winter break, and the other 3 upon return to campus second semester.

*We will hold focus groups 5 times throughout the program. Each mentee is required to come to one focus group. The dates will be set before the brunch and mentees will sign up at the brunch.
