Preparation for medical school and other health profession training programs is multifaceted. Schools seek applicants who can demonstrate evidence of academic excellence, knowledge of and commitment to the profession, and strong interpersonal skills. There are many ways to gain the skills and credentials you will need for admission both in the classroom and beyond. Because of the many opportunities available to you at Brown University, and the many things you will need to do in preparation for a career in the health professions, you will need to do some careful planning.
