Matthew Corritore ’09 selected to the USA Today’s 2009 All-USA College Academic Second Team
Matthew Corritore, Brown University Class of 2009, was among 20 students named to the USA Today’s 2009 All-USA College Academic Second Team, an honor given for outstanding intellectual achievement and leadership. Danny Musher '10 Named a 2009 Udall Scholar
The Office of the Dean of the College is pleased to announce that Danny Musher of Bethesda, Maryland has been named a 2009 Udall Scholar. The Morris K. Udall Scholarship is a $5,000 award for sophomores and juniors with excellent academic records and demonstrated interest in careers in the environment.

CourseMap, a new online tool for browsing Brown's course offerings
The Dean of the College is pleased to announce the launch of CourseMap, a new online tool for browsing Brown’s course offerings. Designed by Dan Rosenberg ‘09, CourseMap allows students and faculty to search for courses by instructor, topic, or key word, as well as by department and course name and number.

Rakim Brooks '09 Awarded Rhodes Scholarship
The Dean of the College Office is thrilled to announce that Rakim Brooks '09 has been named a 2009 Rhodes Scholar from the State of Rhode Island. Named after British philanthropist Cecil Rhodes, Rhodes Scholarships pay all expenses for two or three years of study at the University of Oxford in England. Thirty-two U.S. Rhodes scholars are selected each year from about 800 nominees.
