Training Goals
The goals of this Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Training will be to help employees:
- be informed regarding the different methods of communication Brown University will utilize during an emergency event
- differentiate between emergencies that require building evacuation or shelter-in-place.
- safely evacuate buildings during emergencies
- report fires (or other emergencies)
- use a fire extinguisher (if necessary)
- shelter-in-place
- prevent fires
