ACH Application
An ACH Application authorizes the automatic withdrawal of funds from your checking or savings account to pay your monthly loan statement. Borrower must complete the application including all routing and account information, and the application must be signed and dated. A voided check should be attached for checking account withdrawals. The application must be received in the loan office at least 20 days prior to the first withdrawal. Written authorization is required to cancel the ACH.
