What is your professional background? Before I came to Brown, I worked in customer service, management and payroll at various companies such as Monet and Payrite Business Forms.
What attracted you to Brown? The opportunities that Brown had to offer.
What has kept you here? The value that our department gives to family and how my manager and my co-workers have offered their understanding ... during my pregnancy and now as a new mom.
Worst part of your job? The bureaucracy and the politics that people perceive exist in parking. People often assume that we don't follow waiting lists and we aren't fair, and that we have control over the parking situation on this campus. That's false.
What is the best part of your job? My co-workers and student employees.
If given the opportunity to say one thing to the entire community what would you say? Don't sweat the little things and count your blessings.
If you could change one thing about your job what would it be? I would grant everyone with awesome and convenient parking.
What has been one of the highlights during your time with parking? Being a mentor for the student employees.
