Vacation and Sick Time Electronic Employee Data Calendars

Under certain circumstances Brown will recognize and provide appropriate credit for prior service to the University.

Vacation and Sick Time Electronic Employee Data Calendars are Excel spreadsheets that have been created to help track the vacation and sick time accrued and used by Brown University employees. The calendars provide a convenient way to record and display the time taken and earned for a full fiscal year. Data are entered in a simple days, hours, and minutes format and the spreadsheets calculate the total amount of time taken per month and the total quantity of vacation and sick time available to the employee.

These calendars maintain most of the information found on the Employee Data Calendar form formerly provided by Stores Operations and include an area for additional notes. The spreadsheets work with PC and Macintosh computers.

Electronic Employee Data Calendars (Excel format)

    VACATION.XLS - The vacation calendar.

    SICKTIME.XLS - The sick time calendar.

    EEDC.XLS - An Excel spreadsheet that contains both vacation and sick time calendars in one workbook.

    VACHR.XLS - This is the vacation calendar for an hourly employee.

    SICKHR.XLS - This is the sick time calendar for an hourly employee.

    EEDCHR.XLS - An Excel spreadsheet that contains both vacation and sick time calendars in one workbook for an hourly employee.
