Overview
Our mission is to maintain and provide information about Brown University employees in an efficient and accurate manner and extend friendly and timely customer service to the Brown community. Our staff work with representatives around the University to ensure information is entered properly, policies and laws are followed, and employees are paid correctly. In addition, our office is responsible for delivering reports and data files across campus and recommending and implementing system improvements to streamline daily operations and improve customer service.
