360 Degree Feedback

Do you want to better understand your strengths and weaknesses, and identify areas of opportunity to help you develop professionally? 360 degree feedback is a method and a tool that confidentially provides to employees the opportunity to receive professional and performance feedback from his or her supervisor and four to eight peers, reporting staff members, co-workers and customers. Based on behaviors that your colleagues can see, 360 degree feedback provides insight about the skills and behaviors desired in your department to help you accomplish the mission, vision, and goals of your department. The feedback is firmly planted in behaviors needed to exceed customer and colleague’s expectations..
