Cynthia Yearwood
Cynthia has been at Brown University for six years in the Center for Staff Learning & Professional Development and Human Resources. Cynthia has more than 25 years of experience coordinating volunteer and community activities. She also has over four years of experience developing and implementing mentor programs and designing mentor training programs. As Coordinator of Learning, Professional Development and Employee Programs, Cynthia oversees the logistics for the Center for Staff Learning & Professional Development and Employee Programs for Human Resources, in addition to managing the student staff. She also facilitates the New Employee Orientation program and serves as a meber of the Staff Advisory Committee. Cynthia holds an Associates Degree from Johnson & Wales University and is currently enrolled in the University of Rhode Island's College of Continuing Education.
