Conducting Effective Interviews
Good interviewing skills can help you identify the best qualified candidate to fill your open position. Better hiring decisions will increase the effectiveness of your department. We will review structured interviewing using a behavioral interview technique. These tools will help you feel confident that you have learned enough about your applicants to make the right hiring choice.
The workshop runs for one and a half hours. Classes are posted on training.brown.edu and announced in Morning Mail. The workshops may also be run by request for interested departments.
