Getting Into Shape To Coach Others
To get into shape to coach others, managers need to first assess their ability to coach. In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to assess their coaching effectiveness, explore the many roles of a coach, learn how to establish a two-way feedback contract, practice giving constructive feedback and create a concrete plan for improving one's effectiveness as a coach.
The program consists of one half day session and is presented by the Center for Staff Learning & Professional Development. Classes are posted on training.brown.edu. If you do not see a scheduled class, check back!
