Customer Service-The Fantastic Service Equation
We live in an increasingly service oriented culture and customer service is very important to accomplishing our goals at Brown. During this program participants will have the opportunity to discuss customer service and the five most important customer expectations of both external and internal customers. We will examine a model for exceeding customer expectations during every interaction- the Fantastic Service Equation. Finally, participants will develop strategies for problem solving and turning a difficult customer into a satisfied customer.
The workshop runs for one half day. Classes are posted on training.brown.edu and announced in Morning Mail. The workshops may also be run by request for interested departments.
