Embracing the Future: Managing Change
Helps managers become more effective at adapting to change themselves and be stronger leaders of change for their employees. Enhances management skills in effectively engaging employees in the change process and keeping employees motivated and productive in the face of sweeping change. Managing Change is facilitated by Sharon Chancellor from Chancellor HRD.
The workshop runs for one half day. Classes are posted on training.brown.edu and announced in Morning Mail. The workshops may also be run by request for interested departments.
