Just Enough Project Management
Want to learn how to take control of your projects and how to apply best practices in project management? You will learn project management tools and techniques that will enable you to improve the outcome of your projects. The will include an overview of project management and cover essential steps that should be followed on any project – large or small – to achieve success.
The program consists of one half day session and is presented by the Center for Staff Learning & Professional Development. Classes are posted on training.brown.edu. If you do not see a scheduled class, check back!
