Directions:
The Center for Staff Learning & Professional Development is located on the fourth floor of the Brown Office Building at 164 Angell Street, in Providence, Rhode Island.
From the east: Follow I-195 West, exit at South Main Street (exit 2) and proceed to the traffic light at College Street (large courthouse at corner) where you will turn right. When College Street ends at Prospect Street, you will be facing the Brown campus. Take a left onto Prospect and then take the first right onto Waterman Street. Continue east on Waterman Street, passing through the Thayer Street intersection and turning left at the next intersection which will be Brook Street. Take the next left onto Angell Street, and follow it for one block. The Brown Office Building is on the far right corner of Angell and Thayer Street above the Brown Bookstore.
From the west, north and south: Follow I-95 to I-195 East, exit at Downtown Providence (exit 1), and follow the exit ramp along the river. At the second light (College Street), turn right. Proceed through the next light (South Main Street) and proceed up the hill as above.
From the northwest: Route 146 leads to I-95 and then to I-195. Then follow above north/ south directions.
