Overview

Human Resources partners with departments to attract and recruit a diverse and talented staff devoted to supporting Brown University’s academic mission. Hiring managers are encouraged to work with their HR Generalist when recruiting for staff positions. The HR Generalist’s role is to serve as a consultant to hiring managers in all stages of the hiring process.
