Several Brown concentrations are organzied around different regions of the world. Others, such as Ethnic Studies and Portuguese and Brazilian studies, focus on the links and ruptures between regions. All of these sites of inquiry bring together faculty and students to explore, contest and engage "the international" from many different vantage points, be they disciplinary, historical or regional.
