The Global Governance, Law, and Social Thought Program
The Global Governance, Law, and Social Thought Program seeks to map the structures of power and distribution, including continuities and discontinuities with histories of empire, by analyzing the ways in which global security and insecurity, hegemonic ideas and counter-hegemonic ideas, development, poverty and inequality are reproduced in the world. It draws from interdisciplinary, contextual and alternative or critical intellectual traditions in developing new approaches to understanding the world, and engaging with its opportunities and challenges.
