Vice President & General Counsel
The Vice President and General Counsel is responsible for all of the University's legal affairs and advises the Corporation, the President and other senior officers and is available to department chairs and members of the faculty when their assignments or projects require legal services. The Vice President and General Counsel, who is a member of the President's Cabinet, is responsible for the overall management of the office. She provides advice and legal opinions on substantive areas as well as major policy initiatives and programs of the University. The Vice President and General Counsel aims to prevent administrative and legal problems for the University through the early identification of important issues which have a legal dimension.
