OIP Annual Photo Contest
A picture is worth a thousand words.
Often those “thousand words” only scratch the surface of the life-changing experiences that comprise Study Abroad. Still the photographs the OIP's study abroad students have submitted over the years capture a myriad of events, faces, places, scenes, moods, and memories that have impacted their learning experiences and their lives in such profound ways.
To herald these wonderful documents and to ensure their availability to the wider Brown community, the OIP gladly presents its Annual Photo Contest.
Contest Description
Each spring the OIP accepts photo submissions from students who studied abroad the previous fall and spring terms. The photos are judged based on cross-cultural content and artistic and technical quality. The contest categories include:
- Current Events
- Landscape
- Learning in Action
- People and Faces/Portrait
- Recreation/Fun
