Sample Certificate of Insurance to be submitted to Brown for use of facilities for non-University activities and/or events (eg. non-University run summer camps.)

Insurance Requirements for use of Brown Facilities for events - Brown requires general liability insurance for non-university events held in our facilities for meetings, conferences, sports camps/clinics, weddings or other special functions or events. This requirement can be satisfied by providing a certificate of insurance or by purchasing a general liability insurance policy.

Brown University Insurance Requirements for Vendors - A Certificate of Insurance verifying the required coverages should be submitted to the Purchasing Department prior to vendor selling or distributing products and services at the University.
