Prescriptions
If you need to fill a prescription for expenses incurred after August 15, 2007, but do not have your 2007-2008 health insurance ID card, please follow the guidelines below:
- Call 1-800-451-6245 or visit www.express-scripts.com to locate a pharmacy that participates in the pharmacy network - Express-Scripts.
- Provide the Express-Scripts pharmacist with the following information:
- Your Brown Banner ID #
- Policy # 302-120-3805
- Express-Scripts prescription codes: RxGroup CSPE RxBin 003858 RxPCN:A4
In the event that you reach the maximum benefit allowed under the student insurance plan, you can still use your student insurance/prescription ID card to fill your prescriptions at an Express Scripts pharmacy. Although you can no longer pay a simple Co-payment in order to receive outpatient prescription drugs by showing your card at the time of filling a prescription you will be charged the plan's preferred prescription pricing, rather than the retail prescription cost. Please show your student insurance ID card at the time of purchase to the pharmacist to receive the plan's preferred pricing.
