Student Dental Insurance

Brown University is pleased to continue its partnership with Delta Dental of Rhode Island through University Health Plans for the 2009 - 2010 academic year. As a full/part-time student enrolled at Brown, you are eligible to participate in the voluntary Student Dental Insurance Plan, which is effective September 1, 2009 - August 31, 2010. The deadline to enroll is September 1, 2009.

Annual Payment Plan

• Individual*: $242.00
• Two-person*: $482.00
• Family*: $760.00

You may enroll in the dental plan using the convenient online enrollment process. With this process, you are able to pay by credit card. To view the rates and benefits of the plan, and to enroll online, please visit University Health Plans' website at: www.universityhealthplans.com

To register, you will need your Banner ID#, which can be found on your Bursar bill or your Brown ID card.
