Catherine Pincince Associate Secretary of the Corporation Catherine is responsible for ensuring that the current and emeriti members of the Corporation, the Corporation standing committees, and the advisory councils receive effective support in carrying out their responsibilities. She and her staff manage meetings, minutes, records, follow-up and other logistics related to the activities of these groups. |

Amalia Davis Assistant Secretary of the Corporation Amalia provides support to the Corporation and its various standing committees, the advisory councils, and the chancellor and vice chancellor. She also manages the chancellor’s correspondence. |

Susan Brown Assistant Secretary of the Corporation Susan provides administrative support to the Corporation, its various standing committees, and its current and emeriti members. She also provides support for the budget accounts of the president’s office and serves as the payroll coordinator. |
