Krista Hedderich works to implement initiatives of Brown University's NSF ADVANCE Program to create institutional change that will promote women in the STEM fields. These initiatives include coordination of mentoring programs in partnership with the Offices of the Dean of the Faculty and the Dean of Biology and Medicine. Krista helps to plan ADVANCE programs and maintains ongoing connections with campus partners including administrators, faculty, and staff.

Krista has a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.  Prior to coming to Brown, she has worked as an analyst with the consulting firm Accenture, winery intern in Germany, and teaching assistant at James Madison University.
