Amy is our resident grants librarian. She works to identify federal and private foundation grants for women science faculty and develop tools for faculty development in the area of sponsored projects support. She provides individual research consultations in the use of online funding resources including SPIN and Foundation Directory Online.
Additionally, Amy is the grant manager for the leadership programs including the Career Development Awards, the Leadership Support Fund, the Scientific Leadership Awards, and the newly created Travel Grants program. She also maintains the ADVANCE at Brown website.

Amy trained and worked for many years as a women's studies librarian, most recently at the University of Michigan Graduate Library. Prior to that she was the Librarian/Archivist for the American Association of University Women.
