Additional Resources and Services
The University offers many services to student organizations.
The following are some additional resources and services provided by the SAO that may be of assistance to your group:
- Top 10 Things to Know - The SAO worked with the Undergraduate Council of Students and the Graduate Student Council to produce lists of the top 10 things for graduate student groups to know and for undergraduate student groups to know.
- Copies - All UCS categorized groups (categories I, II, and III) are entitled to 250 free copies per semester in the SAO (we only have standard white paper). If groups bring their own paper (to recycle, use colored paper, etc.), each copy counts for 1/2 a copy towards the 250 free copies.
- Event Attendance Clickers - These can be used to help you track entry into an event.
- Staples Guns - Your group may sign out a staple gun for 24 hours. There is no charge unless the staple gun is not returned within the 24 hours. You must leave ID or a $10 deposit.
- Cash Boxes - A cash box can be signed out during ticket sales for your event. The box must be returned the next business day following the event.
- Banners - Sheets can be purchased for $1.00 through the SAO.
- Promotional Screens - Free event advertising via screens in the Ratty, Blue Room and IPTV Channel 1.
