Foreign Student Office
The office at Brown that distributes forms and can give advice the US Bureau of Immigration Services and the US tax system
International House of Rhode Island
Their mission is to assist international newcomers to Rhode Island to settle into the community by providing the practical resources to get them established. They offer English as a Second Language Classes at a very reasonable rate, private tutors, and cultural presentations that help to adjust to live in the U.S.
The House is also a "drop-in center" enabling newcomers to form a network of friends to enrich their lives here and to share their cultures with others.
International Institute of Rhode Island
They are a full-service immigration referral center providing educational, legal, and social services to immigrants and refugees throughout Rhode Island.
