The UPA's tournament webpage is up, which will have info such as directions and the weekend's schedule available very soon. We're looking forward to seeing many friends, parents, and alumni out there! Jon Greer's tournament write-up for Regionals is available here. May 9, 2006 Brown is going to Nationals! This weekend, Brown was at Dartmouth fighting for the Northeast Regional title. After going 3-0 on Saturday, Brown fell to Harvard in the finals on Sunday. In their last chance to qualify for Nationals, BMo stepped up their game and defeated a strong UMass team that had ousted Brown twice just a few weeks earlier. Jonathan Greer's tournament write-up will be up soon. May 8, 2006 Sectionals Champs! BMo went undefeated in pool play on Saturday, allowing just 4 points over four games for their opponents. Rain cancelled the Sunday games, but Brown was back the next weekend, taking out Roger Williams and Wesleyan to win their 9th consecutive South New England Sectional title. Last weekend, BMo went 6-2 at Yale Cup, winning the Ivy League championship and losing only to UMass, taking 2nd place in the tourney. Jonathan Greer's tournament write-up can be found here. Previously, BMo went 2-6 at Centex, and then headed to North Carolina for a relaxing week at the beach with Disco Inferno over Spring Break. Good times were had by all. January 4, 2006 A belated happy new year, and happy birthday if today is your birthday. The A team is headed south to Atlanta, GA, for a week of intense training. We will be staying at Mike Vandenberg's and Jimmy Lowe's houses, and practicing at nearby fields every day, ramping up for the start of the Spring season.
