March 19, 2003

This is the premiere of the Brown Men's Ultimate email newsletter. We would like to thank the Sports Foundation, the alumni and parents with their suggestions, and the hard work of a number of teammates to make this "first-step" in alumni relations possible. We plan on sending out mid-tournament updates Saturday evenings and a complete tournament summary with commentary by Monday afternoons. We also expect to send out about one email during off weeks.

We're heading to Easterns this weekend, so check your email either Saturday night or Sunday morning to see how we fare in pool play.

For seedings, pools, and other tournament information go to WUFF Online and click on the Easterns link.

If you know of any alumni, friends or parents of Brown Men's Ultimate who might like to be on the email list please forward them this email. They should sign up here.

If you're interested in supporting Brown Men's Ultimate, I hope that you'll email me, Neale Mahoney, with your vision. I'll be able to help align your generosity with the needs of the team. We're still in the process of sculpting our financial plans and would love to have you onboard.

My teammates and I are excited in anticipation of the heart of the college ultimate season, and we are overjoyed that you want to be a part of it.

To support Brown Men's Ultimate visit the Brown Sports Foundation.

These e-mail newsletters are intended as an informational service for alumni/ae, family and friends of Brown’s athletic teams. While the Sports Foundation provides the support necessary for these newsletters to be produced, the content is provided by volunteers and coaches and is in no way an official communication from the Sports Foundation or Brown University.

If you no longer wish to receive these e-mails at any time, simply reply to the e-mail newsletters you receive and ask to be unsubscribed. In season, you should expect about one e-mail per week, and sometimes more if there is any new information or a midweek game.
