 Back to Index of Newsletters May 15, 2003 Nine days until Nationals and here at Brown we’re feeling primed and excited. Most of us have finished our finals and we have just a few things on our minds: enjoying the company of teammates, practicing ultimate, and relaxing for a few more days. For info on seedings, pools, and other information check out the Nationals website. I know that a number of you are planning on coming to watch us play in Austin. We’re thrilled that you’re coming and greatly appreciate your support. There are plans in progress to organize an alum, parents, friends, and player dinner while we’re there. This is tentatively scheduled to occur Friday evening – but reservations haven’t been made so things may still change. I’ll let you know when plans have been finalized. Jennifer Franz, Mike’s mother, has graciously volunteered to coordinate transportation and hotel arrangements for fans so that everyone can enjoy the weekend together. Whether or not you’ve already made plans for yourself, please let her know if you’re coming so that we can figure out numbers for the group dinner. If you can’t make it out to Austin, we hope you follow our progress online or by phone. Check out the Score-o-Matic on the nationals website, listed above.
