Yes, he's large, yes, he's loud, yes, he gets under your skin. What one always forgets, in their wanderings in this life, is that deep down inside Michael Franz has only the most wonderful intentions. He has by far the largest heart on the team (both literally and figuratively) and is completely unafraid to use it.
