Robert Barningham '43
We are deeply saddened of the passing of one of Brown's greatest sailors and supporters, Robert Barningham '43, who passed away on August 25 after a brief illness . Bob won Brown's first ever Dinghy National Championship in 1942 and finished third three other times (1939, 1940, and 1941). On behalf of the entire Brown Sailing community, I thank Bob for all he has done to support the program and our sincere condolences go out to his wife, Ann, and his family.
