Cate Brown #54
A.K.A. Bison, C-Bro, Love Class of '05.5 Concentration: Geology-Biology Hometown: Arlington, VA Birthday: June 7, 1983 Sweet or Wheat: SWEET Team(s): stubby, fool |
Cate Brown, a.k.a. Bison or C-Bro, brings our game to a new level of sick. As the layout queen, she never passes
up an opportunity to do what she does best, whether it be on grass, in a couple inches of the nastiest mud, or while sporting our
team’s latest fashion hit, a huge cardboard box. The sweetiest of the sweet, Cate is prone to losing things in day-to-day life, but
once on the field, she is not letting that disc out of her sight. I wouldn’t try to keep her from it if I were you. Her amazing layout
D’s and her unbelievable throws to sometimes unsuspecting cutters in the endzone (Marcie you rock) make her an extremely important
asset to our team. She is constantly in control of the disc, waiting for the optimal moment to throw that oh-so-perfect hammer, which
everyone, even Ted and Greg, secretly want to see. In her spare time Cate enjoys activities ranging anywhere from kicking it with her
Ives street crew to skinning mice. As tough as the latter activity and her tough game face might make her seem, Cate is not fooling
anyone, except for the other team of course (on a side note, speaking of not fooling, Cate, you can’t fool us with your fake stretching
either). In reality, Cate is a softie with a big soft spot for dogs and a fascination with animals of all types. When she’s not reading
about them for her geo-bio concentration, she is most likely dissecting them in the lab (not dogs that is). Cate’s uniqueness on and
off the field make her one of the most fascinating people to get to know and one of the most unstoppable players on Disco. What can I
say, Cate Brown is just bleeping awesome!
