Julianna Alson, aka Jalson, aka queen of spring break, aka sweetiest of the sweets has at last returned to us from her explorations in South America, much to the disappointment of all Argentinean men. She brought back all the juice, fire, heart and desire from south of the equator and uses it to dazzle all those who think to call themselves ultimate players. Jalson never fails to smile as she dump cuts past her defender and hucks it deep to a waiting player in the end zone. Don’t be fooled by her sweet and innocent face. She is a ruthless handler, waiting to break your mark and then leave you in the dust with her effortless jukes and cuts. Rumor has it she was born wearing a sequined trucker hat and holding a disc. Always the first to offer a hug or high five, Jalson’s voice can be heard spewing positivity from all corners of the field. You may find Jalson the last one to leave the fields after practice, and while they may tell you it’s because she forgot her cleats or sweatshirt, it’s really because she can’t bear to leave the smell of the OMAC turf behind until next practice. She lives, eats and breathes ultimate and all who question the glory of the sport better prepare themselves for the wrath of the Jalson.
