Ode to Leah

She is a captain of a team of force,
Under her control they all run like a racehorse,
Leah throws the B so well,
The opposing team cannot foretell,
Just where it will roam,
But it always find home,
In the hands of a fello disco,
And usually in the end zone.

Leah studies Anthropology,
And for our misunderstanding we owe her an apology,
Few understand the subject she studies,
But it sounds so smart we all want to be her buddies!

Leah's hometown is SEATTLE,
This is why she knows how to battle,
She has respect and love for her home,
But she makes us run so much that our mouths foam.

Leah will leave us at the end of this year,
And though we will all shed many a tear,
We will never be able to forget her,
For we know there is no one finer,
Than beautiful and talented Leah,
The woman who taught us all to play-ah!
