While probably best known (at least by ted) for the maurer power hour, there are actually many words that rhyme with kate's last name. Tower, for example, is one of them, referring to what kate's dominant physical stature does to players shorter than her. Cower would be another example, and it's what you do when you are marked up to play against her on defense. You could even mention wow-er, a little known noun describing a person who amazes you on a regular basis with her layout ds, long throws and tough mark. And then you have the sour flower shower, but let's not get into that again.

Kate Maurer brings new meaning to the phrase "secret weapon." One could say that her tricksiness on the field is like sewing a steak knife into a messenger bag--her moves are so sneaky that even she can't figure out how they are hidden. Kate may look innocent or harmless, but do not be fooled. Out of seemingly nowhere, she goes for the jugular and either skies you in the endzone or gets taken into questioning by a massachusetts state trooper.

Kate hails from grosse point, michigan. She holds memberships to team wheat and team rock, and has recently joined team fool. In her spare time, she enjoys infecting plants with bacteria, wearing sweatbands and taking long walks on the beach.
