In this presentation we introduce the boundary value problem of three-dimensional classical elasticity for an infinite body containing an elliptical crack. Using the method of simultaneous dual integral equations, we reduce the problem to the system of linear algebraic equations and find the stress intensity factor in the form of the Fourier Series expansion. We obtain solutions for several special cases of applied polynomial stress fields and compare our solutions wit the existing results. Application of the method for more complicated stress fields is demonstrated using the example of partially loaded elliptical crack.
