Independence.  Working with great faculty and students.  No drawbacks.
 

What do you look for in a potential job candidate/ what qualities are most important for someone in your field?
 

1) The ability to think independently and motivation to get work done. 

2) Technical skills: engineering design, programming, instrumentation, image processing.
