Fast
paced, have to multi task, time goes by very quickly, interaction with
people everyday, being able to place people in a position that they
are happy with.

are the drawbacks?
Not
enough time in the day, having to call people with bad news about
their interview.

advice do you have for someone who is thinking about pursuing a career
in your area?
You
have to be able to handle doing 20 things at one time. Organization is
also a MUST. The turnover
rate for a recruiter can be very high.
