Adenomatoid tumor (fallopian tube)

 

 

Adenomatoid tumor is the most common benign tumor of the fallopian tube. It is usually an incidental finding and it is typically 2 cm or less in diameter. The differential diagnosis includes lymphangioma, leiomyoma and malignant mesothelioma.
