Squamous cell carcinoma of vulva (gross)

This 81 year old woman presented with advanced vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. Both labia majora and minora have been r

eplaced by a large, fungating squamous cell carcinoma.  Tumors at this advanced stage are currently less common because of increased awareness of vulvar disease and patients being less timid about discussing gynecologic issues with their physicians.
