Chronic sclerosing glomerulonephritis

 

 

A glomerulus showing global sclerosis with all architectural landmarks and capillaries obliterated. There is

marked interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy. Theses changes are nonspecific and can be observed as the

endstage result of either glomerular, tubulointerstitial, or vascular disease. H&E 40x
