Nephrogenic rest
An incidental finding in a neonate was this perilobar residual nest of nephrogenic blastema. Wilms tumors are more likely
to develop from intralobar nephrogenic rests or from cases of nephroblastomatosis (multiple or diffuse nephrogenic rests).
